据柬媒消息，柬埔寨警方于7月17日根据法院的逮捕令扣留涉嫌对选举制造动乱的2名反对派积极分子。
这是根据内政部国务秘书兼发言人乔速帕透露的消息。
据《选举法修正案》第142条规定，煽动或阻止人民去投票，或者投废票属于违法行为。该罪行将被罚款500万至2000万瑞尔，同时将被追究刑事责任。
