运营网络色情？17名中国公民在菲律宾伊洛伊洛市被捕！
11月4日凌晨4点10分，伊洛伊洛市警方突袭Balantang社区，逮捕17名中国公民，他们涉嫌参与网络性交易。
伊洛伊洛市警局情报部门负责人AntonioBenitez表示，这些中国公民已经在该省逗留6个月并从事非法活动。
