今年前八个月，菲律宾娱乐BC公司(PAGCOR)对政府收入的贡献增长了40%。根据国库局(BTr)的报告，政府的BC监管机构和运营商为国库贡献了215.9亿披索的收入，高于前一年的154亿披索。根据法律，菲娱乐BC公司必须将其净收入的50%分配给国家政府。
