9月8日上午10点，自治区行政管理委员会召开2023年第八次例行工作会议。
会议主要就开展地区电信诈骗及其系列衍生犯罪活动打击清除工作进行了商讨部署。
李正福主席对打击电诈的必要性和紧迫性进行了重申，并对打击措施和打击范围进行了安排，包括严厉整治包庇诈骗犯罪行为及规范地区娱乐行业经营并配合协助邻国开展电信诈骗犯罪分子实施抓捕行动等事宜。
与会领导围绕打击方针进行了讨论，并对后续实施抓捕后相关犯罪分子的遣送方案发表了建议。
