此案发生两个月后，目前又有新进展：数名泰国警察因配合毒枭封锁账户、协助提款取现后分赃而被抓捕。
据泰媒报道，6月15日，泰国国家警察总署副署长素拉切警上将就此事在警察俱乐部召开新闻发布会。他表示，涉案警察先非法冻结涉事账户，再让人制造假文件到银行提款，然后分赃。
