涉嫌绑架同胞，西港一名中国男子被捕
8月22日，国家警察总署逮捕一名涉嫌非法拘禁和绑架案的中国男子。
据悉，嫌犯为李某，男，38岁，住在西港一家酒店。
据了解，李某涉嫌非法拘禁、绑架以及威胁杀害等三项罪行，遭到一名中国男子王某（29岁）起诉。然后，由金边市初级法院下达通缉令。
当天下午，金边警方已将李某移送法办。
