自本通告发布之日起，安溪县西坪籍非法滞留境外人员必须在2023年8月15日前主动联系户籍所在村或公安派出所（西坪派出所联系电话：0595-23411291），通过正规渠道入境，严禁私自闯关偷渡回国，否则将根据《安溪县防范治理缅北涉赌诈暨非法出入境犯罪“十三个一律”惩戒公告》从严从重实施综合治理，列入涉诈重点人员“黑名单”。非法滞留缅甸、柬埔寨、菲律宾、老挝、马来西亚、泰国、阿联酋、土耳其等八国人员同时抓紧报备回国。
