7月14日凌晨3时，金边市一名男子酒驾撞上电线杆后逃跑，刚停车就被2名飞车党抢手机。
据目击者描述，事发当时，肇事司机开车在施梳瓦大道行驶，结果失控撞上路边的电线杆。
不过，肇事司机并未停车，而是立即开车逃离现场，直到雷西郊区5号公路的一个市场前才停下汽车。
当时，突然出现2名飞车党，快速抢走肇事司机的手机。附近居民见状也不敢上前追捕，因为飞车党手上拿着大菜刀。
事后，当地警方到达现场调查，然后扣留肇事司机的汽车。至于抢劫案件，警方承诺将展开调查。
