小马:菲律宾必须与中国保持良好关系
菲律宾总统小费迪南德·马科斯周五下午表示，菲律宾“必须继续培育”与中国的关系，强调中国每次在菲律宾最需要帮助的时候伸出援手。
小马科斯表示，中国是一个可靠的合作伙伴，特别是当中国提出化肥请求后，中国“毫不犹豫”提供了援助。
