台风"杜苏芮"致13死50万人受灾基建及农业损失31亿菲币
台风“杜苏芮”(国际名)，菲律宾本地名“伊盖”(Egay)肆虐菲律宾后，菲律宾国家减灾委员会在周五的记者会上报告称，台风已造成13人死亡，全国50万人受灾，农业损失超过5.2亿披索。
当局预估基础设施的损失估计为26.6亿披索，其中道路损坏约为8.8亿披索、桥梁损坏为4820万披索、防洪设施损坏为17.3亿披索。
全国约有2000栋房屋受损，损失金额为数百万披索。
