柬埔寨内政部长苏庆在他的Facebook主页上发消息显示，在柴桢省巴域市的几家持牌赌场非法雇佣大量外籍劳工。
经检查，几家赌场3800多名外国工人中，只有470人拥有劳工证，符合合法工作，其余3400多人在没有任何许可证或登记的情况下非法工作。
苏庆说，柬埔寨政府已调整联合部门，加强对外籍劳工的监察力度，并由劳工部全责执行，实行全国外籍劳工普查措施。
