涉诈骗1亿美金金边警方开枪逮捕一名勋爵
昨天下午，柬埔寨金地世界房地产公司老板、勋爵恒金鸿及他的13名保镖被金边警方逮捕。
此前，恒金鸿的公司在贡布以土地投资的名义骗取数百民众500多万美元投资款，已经被贡布警方立案调查。
昨天，大批民众围住恒金鸿的公司要求退款，当警方前往协调时，恒金鸿的保镖竟然公然袭警，因此被逮捕。
