黄家青，男，1997年出生，贵州遵义县人，2020年来西港工作，今年4月8日晚与家人最后一次联系后失联，当时他说自己心衰又住院了。
该人有严重心脏病，此前在国内做过大手术（胸口有纵向手术刀口）。如今病发后告知家人住院，就此失联已经一个多月。
其弟弟表示，哥哥失联前在柬埔寨西港龙凤轩大酒店内工作，办公和宿舍都在里面。
