昨天，4名中国男子和1名泰国女子在金边各被判处2年有期徒刑，罪名是非法走私及逃税。
据柬媒报道，2020年以来，上述被告在金边成立公司后，通过柬泰边境的非法检查站进口了数十万部豪华手机在柬埔寨市场上销售，但从未进行任何报税。
去年12月，他们被抓。在昨天判决后，法官决定他们的剩余刑期将被缓刑。
但他们每人被罚款25000美元，同时需要补缴166000美元的税款。
