一名中国男子疑因吸毒过量，持刀追砍嘟嘟车司机，好心民众想要制止反遭电击。
事发8日凌晨12时30分，在菩森芷区俄罗斯大道。
警方告诉记者，肇事男子为中国人，他持菜刀追砍嘟嘟车司机，好心民众想要帮助司机，却遭男子用电击棒电击。警方接获民众报案后，赶到现场，成功制服肇事男子。目前被扣留在警察局，以接受进一步调查。
