行业寒冬真的要来了吗降薪不说还砍餐补房补
你好老哥，关注你频道很久了，我准备回国了。最近我们公司调整了，降底薪不说，补助也都没了（我不是亚博的）
我是做狗推的，前段时间有找工作，现在好多公司干市场都没有底薪，实在干不动了。我感觉是时候上岸了，在菲待了4年多
有招职能养老岗的公司现在也基本上只要外籍，而且要有经验的，女孩优先所以真的没心劲了，想回国先待一段时间再说，正好现在机票也不贵
ps:小伙伴们的公司有降薪砍补助吗？（另外多说一嘴，狗推再就业确实很难啊，职能岗比如财务客服反而容易找到新工作）
