中国公民在马尼拉市涉猥亵行为被捕‼
9月29日晚间，菲律宾警方在马尼拉市马拉特区(Malate)逮捕涉及猥亵行为的中国公民。
警方表示，26岁中国公民刘某居住在马尼拉市的AdmiralBaysuite公寓楼。
晚间6点10分，警方对刘某执行由马卡蒂市地区审判法院第62分庭法官MariaConcepcionBillones签发的逮捕令。
