想回国，办理OTL需要多长时间？
是这样的，护照下飞机的时候，出海关，护照不见，因为她一直呆着菲律宾，只能在外面办理临时护照，已经几年呆着菲律宾。现在临时护照拿到了，到期的时间是在11月15号
但是办理签证说，无法办理OTL因为时间不足，我想问办理OTL需要那么长时间吗？有谁能帮助我朋友，在11月15号之前办好签证。感谢！
