据菲媒，9月23日消息，一名中国人因4项诈骗罪在菲律宾甲米地省达斯马里尼亚斯市被菲律宾警方逮捕。
报道称，犯罪嫌疑人被确认为陈某某，是市级第二号通缉犯。
据悉，因4项诈骗罪，马尼拉地区审判法院第52分庭法官巴里·博伊·阿里奥拉·萨尔瓦多对其发出逮捕令。
