成都一新冠患者因过量饮水导致水中毒，医生提醒：喝水要适可而止
近日，一名中年女性出现意识模糊紧急入院治疗。经医生分析，系因感染新冠病毒后过量饮水导致水中毒引起
据四川省人民医院急诊科医师杨鹏介绍，该患者于12月10日左右感染新冠病毒，出现全身酸痛症状，发烧至39，并呕吐了2次，呕吐后该患者开始大量饮水，“家属描述说，她不停地喝水”，继而出现肢体抽搐、神志模糊的症状，被紧急送往监护室抢救。该患者出现急诊意识改变，考虑为大量饮水后出现的水中毒所致。水中毒又称为稀释性低钠血症，指当机体所摄入水总量大大超过了排出水量，以致水分在体内潴留，引起血浆渗透压下降和循环血量增多。
