今天凌晨，金边宪兵对水净华区的一栋别墅展开武装突袭行动，逮捕了10余名外国籍男女，并成功解救了两名被困的外国人。
据悉，该案是一起非法买卖人口和拘禁案，宪兵在通过1291热线接到求助了，展开了此次营救行动。
据柬媒报道，在行动中，周边群众听到打枪大作，至少开了近10枪。
