金边412绑架案宣判！8名中国籍绑匪被判18-22年不等！
今年4月12日晚-13日凌晨，柬国家警察总署接报案，在金边炳发城救出一位被绑架的中国籍受害人，同时抓捕了涉绑架的8名犯罪嫌疑人。
据柬媒报道，当时绑匪向受害人家属索要高达1000万美元的赎金！
今天，金边法院决定判处8名被告18-22年不等的有期徒刑，并处赔偿受害人25万美元罚金以及1亿瑞尔精神损失费。
金边法院表示，上述被告依然享有继续上诉的权利。
