菲律宾媒体报道，12月12日下午，菲律宾拉普拉普市普索克描笼涯(BarangayPusok)的锡蒂奥圣玛丽亚(SitioSantaMaria)和锡蒂奥海滨(SitioSeaside)两地发生特大火灾。报道称，数百所用轻质材料建造的房屋被摧毁，至少4000名居民无家可归，这是拉普拉普市历史上最严重的火灾，菲消防部门称财产损失高达315万比索。
