涉嫌电诈，2名泰国人遭遣返
据柬媒消息，11月18日，2名泰国男女涉嫌非法居留、务工和电信诈骗，被移民警方经卜迭棉芷省波贝国际口岸遣返回国。
移民警方表示，上述2名泰国人分别禁止在3年和5年内再次入境柬埔寨。
根据柬埔寨《劳工法》规定，凡是持商务签证的外籍人士，若在柬埔寨境内工作，必须办理劳工证，否则属于非法务工；如果只在柬埔寨境内停留不超过30天或者续签一个月，即60天，则无需办理。如果停留超过90天（3个月）建议办理劳工证。
