菲律宾海关局(BOC)近日在三宝颜市(Zamboanga)的行动中查获61箱各种品牌的走私香烟，总价值约为500万披索。
当局在第一场行动中查获大约31箱香烟，价值约为100万披索。根据报告，这些违禁品是被两名嫌疑人遗弃的，但他们在当局到达该地区之前就已经逃走。当时有关市民向当局举报说，有几箱走私香烟被运到了该地，随后将被不法分子分销和运输到其他地方。
9月11日，三宝颜当局在一个茅草屋发现了30箱走私烟，预计市价为100万披索。当局认为，这些走私香烟应该是准备运输和分销的。
