海关情报和调查处成员当时手持局长卢比奥(BienvenidoRubio)签发的授权书突击该场所。此前，菲海关局成员通过监视活动核实了情报信息，确认该汽车经销商在没有适当文件的情况下存储和/或公开交易豪车、超跑以及稀有车辆。
在车库中，当局发现了197辆进口和本地采购车辆，其中87个被发现没有适当的文件或文件存在有问题。
