郭宗仁表示，下雨天，海边没有游客，没有垃圾，今天带着海滩环卫工人一起吃粿条。
“平时叫他们都是打扫卫生，但是，这次不同。今天，我和环卫工人一起去餐厅聚餐……”郭宗仁补充。
