据柬媒报道，9月16日17时，金边警方在隆边区皇宫河边附近逮捕了一名涉嫌砍伤外国男子的嫌疑犯。
据警方指出，上述嫌疑犯名叫恩某，30岁。受害者是一名澳洲人，约50岁。16日早11时，该嫌疑犯与另外2名同伙砍伤了这名外国男子，导致其左手受伤。
