菲律宾移民局(BI)确认菲律宾网红、Streetboys舞蹈团前舞者、玩具制作商及收藏家YexelSebastian以及他的妻子MikeeAgustin已于10月10日前往日本，两人被指控卷入一起涉及2亿披索的投资诈骗案。
菲律宾移民局在声明中表示，由于尚未对两人发出任何限制出境令，因此无法阻止其出境。
据悉，上百名菲律宾外劳听信夫妇所宣传的高额回报投资方式，每人投入数百万的资金，并且前几个月确实能拿到所承诺的利息或报酬，但最近开始无预警停止取款。在发现自己落入庞氏骗局后，受害菲外劳前往参议员拉菲·图佛(RaffyTulfo)的电台节目投诉并寻求协助。
