据柬媒消息，7月28日晚上9点30分，金边市棉芷区371路，一名中国女子开车与一辆摩托相撞，导致骑士受伤，之后又摔毁记者的两部手机，最终一共赔偿1100美元。
知情者描述，事发前，该女子开着一辆白色汽车，载着老公和孩子，在上述路段行驶，接着左转准备进入公寓，结果和一辆迎面而来的摩托猛烈相撞，导致摩托摔倒，骑士受伤，摩托严重受损。
随后，媒体记者赶来报道，用手机拍照，导致中国女司机不满，便将记者两部手机摔毁。
