据柬媒消息，7月20日晚，邮电部在官方脸书发布通告，公开MPTC网速测试程序的投诉功能。
通告指出，为保护消费者获得优质电信服务、促进数据透明度，以及随时掌握手机信号和网速，邮电部于2022年出台MPTC网速测试程序。
为进一步加强电信服务质量，邮电部在MPTC应用程序上新增投诉功能，可以让消费者投诉信号和网速问题，以让邮电部及时寻找解决方案。
邮电部强调，民众可以通过AppStore和PlayStore下载使用该程序。
