菲律宾国调局周六突袭帕赛市(Pasay)一家酒吧，该酒吧被人举报向顾客出售装有一氧化二氮或“笑气”的气球，而该酒吧大多是外国顾客关顾。
国调局反有组织和跨国犯罪部门突袭期间，他们发现了正在使用笑气的疑似越南公民。
当局还在现场发现了六罐一氧化二氮。
