据金边市副市长高财介绍，金边第三条环城路项目将于今年5月份竣工。
金边第三条环城路由中国提供优惠贷款援建，项目耗资2.73亿美元，全长52.9公里。该环城路将连接柬埔寨主要国道，从5号国道的仙市桥到4号国道，衔接3号国道、2号国道、21号国道和1号国道，延伸到金边新港口。项目将修建4座立交桥，全长1000米；修建2座跨百色河大桥，全长996米；修建中小型桥梁6处，以及修建113处排水管道。
金边第三条环城路将大大提升交通便利性，促进区域物流乃至国际贸易发展，道路建成后，还将助推沿线住宅、开发、物流、工业的发展。
