大学生球迷邦亚在接受《柬华日报》采访时表示，在邵苏卡主席的领导下，柬埔寨球场基础设施不断改善，尤其是输送球员到国外特训，此举可以让球员更加勤于训练，加强球员的胜负欲望。
他说：“邵苏卡主席非常努力完善足球基建设施，我们与他有很多共同美好的回忆，他总是向每场比赛赞助很多。”
