副总理兼内政部长苏庆27日签署部长令，委任5人为干拉省阿雷沙市副市长，其中包括人民党青年党员蒂淑婉塔。
据悉，蒂淑婉塔曾是反对派活跃分子，后转向支持柬埔寨人民党并获委以重任。
应提的是，洪森总理于去年12月23日签发《政令》，决定在干拉省新成立“阿雷沙市”，该市由干拉省锡干拉县6个乡和罗威艳县5个乡组成。“阿雷沙市”共设有11个分区，包括巴道分区、乌亚迪分区、百安比分区、百良分区、百达高分区、遂尊分区、阿雷沙分区、沙丽卡胶分区、边乌亚翁分区、百克明分区和巴龙分区。阿雷沙市行政办公楼设在阿雷沙分区。
