近日，有传言称位于金边水净华区四臂湾占地约13公顷的速卡酒店及土地已对外出售，速卡集团主席周速光公爵对此予以否认。
周速光公爵接受媒体采访时指出，截至目前速卡酒店及土地尚未出售。
他说，自其有意出售上述项目的消息传开后，已有很多人前来咨询，但迄今尚未达成任何协议或意向。
据了解，速卡集团主席周速光勋爵于2022年对外表示，其有意以15亿美元价格出售位于金边市水净华区的金边速卡大酒店和土地。若交易一旦达成，该资金将用于继续开发卜哥山项目。
