这时，另一名男子冲向嫌犯并作势要打他，嫌犯突然掏出手枪并朝受害者开了一枪，随后乘坐摩托车逃逸。
受害者在抵达医院时已被宣布死亡。警方随后根据线索逮捕嫌犯，并将对其提出适当的指控。
