菲律宾检疫局(BOQ)官员周三表示，该机构可在全国范围内发放3500至5000张的国际疫苗接种证书(ICV)。
该机构正在努力增加位于购物中心的卫星服务网点，以便为更多民众提供服务，特别是菲海外劳工。
此外，对于有紧急需求的群体，特别是已经有出国机票或外出工作证明的菲海外劳工，则可以通过邮件来申请特别预约。
