继首都区主干道乙沙大道(EDSA)发生数百起交通事故后，大岷发展署决定使用“更为醒目”混凝土分隔栏，以分开公交专用道和普通车道。
据悉，新型混凝土分隔栏更坚固，在晚间还能通过LED灯条提示驾驶者。
上周五，乙沙大道发生重大交通事故，一辆轿车撞到混凝土分隔栏后不幸起火，导致三人被困车内死亡，被救出的司机受伤。四人都属于菲律宾空军成员，当时刚结束派对，正要返回营区。
