东北季风引起菲律宾各地降温，碧瑶市录得11.8度！
菲律宾气象局表示，随着东北季风到来，吕宋岛多地降温。著名夏都碧瑶市周六早上5点录得11.8度的温度，为本月最凉的记录。
据悉，碧瑶市通常在12月至2月之间为较为凉爽的天气，平均低温为13度。
碧瑶有记录以来的最低温度是1961年1月18日的6.3度。
与此同时，大马尼拉奎松市监测站录得21.1摄氏度的气温。
