菲律宾北伊罗戈省(IlocosNorte)SanNicolas镇卫生局办公室突发大火，存放在办公室的数百剂新冠肺炎疫苗以及其他疫苗不幸受损“报废”。
在脸书帖子中，地方政府表示，受影响的新冠疫苗包括阿斯利康和中国科兴生物，目前还在确定受影响的实际数量晚上7点，火灾起源于医疗用品仓库，当时储藏室里的一台医用冰箱的压缩机出现故障，并引发火灾
