布拉干省等两地转为GCQ
菲律宾总统发言人哈里·罗克(HarryRoque)周日表示，跨机构防疫工作组(IATF)批准布拉干省(Bulacan)、阿巴耀省(Apayao)和卡皮斯省(Capiz)在10月下旬降为“普通社区隔离”(GCQ)。
上述地区将自10月18日至10月31日实施普通社区隔离措施。此前布拉干省和阿巴耀省处于“放宽版加强性社区隔离”(MECQ)，而卡皮斯省处于“高限制性普通社区隔离”(GCQwithheightenedrestrictions)。
