菲律宾参议院二读通过合法性行为年龄提高至16岁
经漫长辩论和针对法案多项条款进行投票，菲律宾参议院昨天二读通过第2332号法案，将合法性行为最低年龄从12岁提高到16岁。
现行法定成年年龄是18岁，合法性行为最低年龄是12岁，因此这项法案俗称为“终止儿童强暴法案”。
