据报道，周四早晨，在Taguig的WesternBicutan地区爆发火灾，至少造成四人死亡。根据菲律宾消防局（BureauofFireProtection，简称BFP）发布的初步信息，火灾发生在KatipunanVillage的GumamelaStreet。截至目前，尚未确定受害者的身份。火灾于早上3点54分左右开始，被升级为一级警报，40分钟后扑灭。
