菲律宾卫生部近日发布出入境旅客最新疫苗证书指南，称国际入境旅客不再需要出示疫苗接种证明。
菲卫生部表示：“无论疫苗接种情况如何，所有抵达的国际旅客都会被接受。”
与此同时，卫生部敦促出境的国际旅客检查目的地国家的疫苗证书要求。对于菲外劳和海员，卫生部指出，黄热病疫苗预防接种国际证书和其他疫苗接种的签发取决于其机构或公司的要求。
