移民局宣布逮捕了一名被台北当局通缉的台湾人，他涉嫌大规模欺诈案。移民局长陈辛戈（NormanTansingco）确认嫌犯为40岁的周殷志（译音），他于5月11日在马尼拉市荫美沓（Ermita）区Adriatico街的一个公寓单元内被捕。荫美沓是马尼拉著名的红灯区。
