中国女子因支票跳票被捕
菲律宾南警区(SPD)4月4号报告称，一名中国女子因签发空头支票被巴兰玉计市(Paranaque)警方逮捕。
当天清晨1点左右，警方在一家赌场酒店逮捕现年47岁的黄某。
逮捕令由主审法官DonatoH.DeCastro于2019年10月24日签发，建议保释金为12万披索。
