据柬媒报道，3月25日17时28时，柬埔寨磅清杨省沿5号公路发生了一起严重车祸，致使一名柬埔寨男子当场死亡。
据现场消息指出，事发前，有一名柬埔寨男子驾驶一辆本田摩托车，从金边前往磅清杨省。当他来到事发地点后，突然有一辆由中国男子驾驶白色埃尔法汽车，迎面撞上了本田摩托车，导致摩托车司机当场死亡。事发后，附近交警立即赶到现场，逮捕了肇事司机。
据当地警方透露，上述交通事故造成两辆车辆严重受损，执法人员已将受损车辆拖回警察局保留，并将肇事司机暂时扣押在警察局，而死者遗体被移交其家属办理后事。
