然而，该参议员表示，部分议员可能会准许持牌的网络BC公司继续运营，直到其特许经营权截止日期或某个特定时间。
他在声明中表示：“我们需要关闭离岸BC运营商，但对于那些正常支付税款、为员工提供正常薪资福利、以及进行大量投资的合法及持牌公司，应该有更长的时间来逐步淘汰。”
