据菲律宾警方消息，12月10日晚，菲律宾黎剎省沓乃市发生洪水，导致一辆载客小型巴士“吉普尼”被洪水冲走，车上8名乘客死亡。死者中包括7名老人和1名5岁的儿童。
当地减灾办公室官员称，事故车辆当时载客25人，事故发生时间为10日晚8时15分左右，车辆试图通过一条河流，但陷入淤泥被困，接着被洪水冲走。
